Returns & Exchanges

At Tribesigns, we want you to love your home office and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or our website portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original boxes with all hardware, instructions, and protective padding included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box and drop it off at a designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
